Steven Giacona is founder and managing member of Round Table Services, LLC. His lead role in the firm includes responsibility for: managing client relationships; developing risk-based asset allocation models; researching and advising on public and private investments; designing business, estate and income tax transactions; selecting and overseeing the firm's portfolio of investment managers, custodians and related due diligence; and managing the firm's growth.

Prior, Mr. Giacona was a senior vice president at U.S. Trust Company of New York, with responsibilities ranging from financial planning for clients with net worth in excess of $50MM to developing and implementing low basis stock strategies and cash management structures. A certified public accountant, he began his career in the tax department at Coopers & Lybrand, specializing in personal financial services. Mr. Giacona holds a B.S. in Accounting from Marist College and a Master of Science in Taxation from Fordham University.
